論文概要: α,β-不飽和ケトンとジイソピノカンフェイルボラン(Ipc2BH)から容易に調製できるホウ素エノラートを用いた、エナンチオ選択的な求電子的シアノ化を達成した。本手法により、合成中間体として有用なβ-ケトニトリルを高エナンチオ選択的に合成することが可能である。また、実験の結果に加えて、本シアノ化の遷移状態についてDFT計算により検証したところ、ホウ素エノラートとp-トルエンスルホニルシアニド(TsCN)の反応が六員環遷移状態を経由して進行することを明らかにした。
