The division of Applied Chemistry offers two courses (Course of Molecular Chemistry and Course of Materials Chemistry), consisting of sixteen research areas and six cooperative areas. This division aims at educating students to develop their ability to cultivate creativity and originality. Students are also expected to gain a broad knowledge in chemistry and related fields, and novel methods of creating molecules and materials through lectures and thesis work.
