  • Submit the application form by E-mail or Post. (E-mail is recommended.)
  • Choice for oral or poster presentation will be made by Program Committee. If you prefer poster presentation, please write "Poster" at Remark in the application form.
  • You will be informed whether your presentation is oral or poster by using a PostCard which you will enclose with your abstract. Session program will appear in Journal of CrSJ (No.5) and Home Page of CrSJ2004 at the end of October.

  2. The title is within 10 words
    Use the format of LaTeX for subscript/superscript, italics body and Greek letters and angstrom.
    Example. Mn$^{2+}$, MnCl$_{2}$, {\it ab initio}, $\lambda$, 1.5\AA.
  3. Use the abbreviation of the affiliation. When the authors belong to plural affiliations, put a dot between the affiliations.
  4. Put a dot between author names and write a symbol () before the name of the speaker.
  5. When you prefer poster presentation, write "Poster" in Remark.
